No matter how people make successes and achievements in mundane life, they still miss an important part of their lives, namely the spiritual aspect.

No matter how powerful and influential people become, they are still impotent as they still seek a divine power that guides them in their lives.

When people become sick, they feel hopeless. They restore their hope when they get close to a superpower, namely a divine power that can extricate them from their suffering.

August 22 is the Feast of the Queenship of Blesses Mary, the Mother of the Church and the Mother of the Universe.
This feast is intended to let everyone venerate Her devoutly being the merciful mother of Her Son, Lord Jesus Christ, the Savior of the world.

On the 11th of October 1954, Pope Pius XII established the Feast of the Queenship of Mary to be celebrated throughout the world, and commanded that on that day each year, the world should renew its consecration to Her. In the future the Feast came to be celebrated on August 22.

How often have I heard a sermon preached on these words of Jesus found in Matthew 16:18-20 : "And so I say to you, you are Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church,*and the gates of the netherworld shall not prevail against it" turn from an exegesis on the text to a gentle polemic on the importance of the Papacy as an office continuing the ministry of Peter.
