Among the sacraments that Christians can joyfully take on daily bases is the Holy Communion, namely the blood and body of Lord Jesus Christ.

The blood of Lord Jesus shed on the Cross saves all those who believe in Him and gives them eternal life. This blood has so incredible valuable to the point that there is nothing in the world that has a perpetual effect on people as the Holy Blood of Jesus does.
This blood is a testimony that salvation is available and that eternal life with the Savior is never denied. It is a fact no one can deny this reality.

WHAT IS THE POWER ENTRENCHED IN THE HOLY BLOOD OF JESUS?
The blood of Jesus does not dry. It is still wet on the Cross and can provide uncountable blessings to the believers.

Here are some of the blessings:
A. The blood of Jesus has nonpareil healing powers.
The Holy Bible says, “By His stripes we are healed.” (Isaiah 53:5)
According to Isaiah 53:4-5, Jesus’ sacrifice covered every area of our existence. He bore spiritual torment for our sins, mental distress for our worry, care, sorrow and fear, as well as physical pain for our sickness and disease. The stripes He bore and the blood He shed were for our healing. By His stripes we are healed. If one needs healing, the blood of Jesus can be sought and applied which gives imminent power of healing.

B. The blood of Jesus provides protection from all sources of evil.

The Holy Bible says, “When I see the blood, I will pass over you.” (Exodus 12:13)

In Exodus, after nine devastating plagues, Pharaoh still refused to let God’s people go. So, God sent a final plague—one of judgment—to “smite all the firstborn in the land of Egypt” (Exodus 12:12). As sons of Adam, Satan knew the children of Israel had broken covenant with God and were also due judgment. God could protect them, but “not without blood.” They had a covenant relationship with God through Abraham, but they needed to stand in that covenant. They needed to choose the covenant over the curse.
So, God instructed them to take the blood of a lamb and paint it on their doorposts. They did, and the angel of death passed them by. Was it really the blood of a lamb that stopped them from being killed? No! It was the blood of the Lamb (Jesus) who was slain from the foundation of the world (Revelation 13:8)

When we plead the blood of Lord Jesus we are definitely healed. The blood of the Lamb is inexhaustible and never-ending. It is an unlimited supply. When we apply the blood of Jesus to the doorposts of our lives in faith, we access the power to defeat every part of the curse that tries to take residence. Speaking the Holy Name of Jesus in the face of sickness, disease or danger, the blood of the Lamb is behind it, gives unique protection. Applying the power of the blood of Jesus over our families and households eliminates all forms of danger.

C. The blood of Lord Jesus has authority over the devil
The Holy Bible says, “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony.” (Revelation 12:11)

What happens when believers find out about the power of the blood of Jesus?
We have authority over whatever it is in the Name of Jesus, and by the blood of Jesus, you can stand against it. The blood is powerful enough to remove all evidence of the curse in your life.

“The blood that Jesus shed for us has enormous, great power. Every day you have the right to exercise that authority by pleading what the blood of Jesus has done for us. Satan is a defeated foe, and through the precious blood of Jesus, we are victorious! We should always remember that “Jesus Is Lord!”

Pleading the power of Lord Jesus, we say, “Lord Jesus, by faith in your merits, I now take your precious blood and sprinkle it over myself and my family right from the crown of my head to the very soles of my feet. I claim total and complete protection for my life and my family. Lord Jesus, keep me free today from evil, sin, temptation, Satan’s attacks and afflictions, fear of darkness, fear of man, sickness, diseases, doubts, anger, all calamities and from all that is not of thy Kingdom.
